As a personal trainer I help people to achieve their health and fitness goals... whatever they might be. I specialise in weight loss transformations and I also run my own Boot-camps down by the beach at Cronulla. I adopt a holistic approach to training and deal with the nutritional aspects of weight loss as intensively as the exercise component. As well as delivering structured one on one personal training sessions I also construct exercise programs to be undertaken by my clients as part of their independent training. These programs are very flexible and depend on the clients training environment (in a gym, at work, at home etc). I also provided detailed nutritional programs intended to act as guidelines for clients to achieve their goals and better there dietary habits. Most importantly I provide a high level of emotional support designed to help clients overcome the mental challenges associated with health and lifestyle transformation.
